目的对比鸡蛋花不同干燥方法对其挥发油成分的影响。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法进行挥发油提取,并用气相色谱质谱联用技术对挥发油进行了分离和鉴定,采用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果挥发油提取率:鲜品0.15%、阴干0.05%、晒干0.02%。气相色谱鉴定出58种成分,最后确定28种,主要为橙花叔醇、金合欢醛、苯甲酸苄酯、水杨酸苯甲酯、苯甲酸香叶酯、橙花基芳樟醇异构体、α-异戊酸松油酯等。结论鸡蛋花的干燥方法阴干优于晒干,既保存了挥发油的含量也降低了毒性成分。鸡蛋花挥发油易受日照、温度、放置时间的影响,因此加工过程中应严格按照规范操作。
Objective To compare the effects of different drying methods on the constituents of volatile oil in egg flower. Methods Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The volatile oil was isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative percentage of each component was determined by area normalization. Results Volatile oil extraction rate: fresh 0.15%, 0.05% dry, dry 0.02%. Fifty-eight components were identified by gas chromatography and 28 were finally identified, primarily nerolidol, farnesol, benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, geranyl benzoate, nerolidol linalool isomer Body, α-isostearic acid terpineol and the like. Conclusion Drying method of dried gooseberry is superior to drying in dryness, which not only saves the volatile oil but also reduces the toxic components. Egg flower volatile oil susceptible to sunshine, temperature, place the time, so the process should be strictly in accordance with the norms of operation.
