隆昌镇位于辽宁省辽阳市辽阳县南部,地处千山南麓的双塔岭脚下,是一个群山环绕、风景秀丽的山乡小镇。地理位置得天独厚,道路四通八达,交通便利。全镇总面积122.5平方公里(183750亩),其中山林面积150.187亩,耕地面积15188亩,河流河滩面积9187.5亩,道路和村庄面积9187.5亩。“八山半水一分田,半分村庄与河滩。一分田里种庄稼,八山上面林果蚕。”
