我国企业年金制度虽然经过了十几年的发展,但推行缓慢,目前主要集中在少数经济情况比较好的省份和国有垄断行业。本文对我国企业年金制度推行的障碍进行了分析,找出其发展缓慢的各方面原因,并针对性地提出了对策。
Although China’s enterprise annuity system has undergone more than a decade of development, its implementation has been slow. At present, it is mainly concentrated in the provinces where the economic conditions are relatively good and the state-owned monopoly industries. This paper analyzes the barriers to the implementation of the enterprise annuity system in our country, finds out the reasons for its slow development, and puts forward some countermeasures.
