河北林业艰苦创业教育基地经过三年的建设,8月19日在塞罕坝机械林场揭牌。参加揭牌仪式的有国家林业局、省直工委、省文明办有关部门的领导,塞罕坝机械林场创业初期的老领导,以及承德市、围场县有关部门和新闻单位的同志共计70余人。揭牌仪式由省林业局党组成员、监察专员张振宇同志主持,省林业局杨新世副局长作了重要讲话。原林业部副部长刘琨、国家林业局机关党委常务副书记刘玉来、省直工委书记邢怀鹏及塞罕坝机械林场老工人代表分别发表了感人肺腑的讲话。揭牌仪式结束后,大家参观了基地展览室、王尚海纪念林,观看了塞罕坝机械林场创业纪实片,栽植了纪念树,召开了座谈会共同谋划林场的未来。
After three years of construction, Hebei Forestry Hard Start-up Education Base was unveiled on August 19 at Saihanba Machinery Forest Farm. Attending the opening ceremony were the leaders of the State Forestry Administration, Provincial Direct Work Committee, relevant departments of Provincial Civilized Office, the old leadership of Saihanba Machinery Forest Farm in its early days of establishment and the comrades of relevant departments and information units of Chengde City and Weichang County for a total of more than 70 people. The inauguration ceremony was chaired by Comrade Zhang Zhenyu, a member of the provincial Forestry Bureau and an inspector of the Provincial Forestry Bureau. Yang Xinshi, deputy director of the Provincial Forestry Bureau, made an important speech. Liu Kun, the former vice minister of the Ministry of Forestry, Liu Yulai, executive vice secretary of the State Forestry Administration, Xing Huai-peng, secretary of the Provincial Work Committee, and the representatives of the old workers at the mechanical farms of Saihanba made impressive speeches respectively. After the opening ceremony, everyone visited the Basement Exhibition Hall, Memorial Ceremony of Wang Shanghai, watched the pioneering documentary of Saihanba Machinery Forest Farm, planted commemorative trees and held a symposium to jointly plan the future of the forest farm.
