目的:探讨血液中微量元素浓度对学龄前儿童身体发育的影响。方法:对234例儿童末梢血进行钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、镁(Mg)四种微量元素的测定,按体重、身高分为中上、中下、中等3组,分别比较3组各种微量元素浓度的差异。结果:身高、体重的中下组儿童Ca、Fe、Zn浓度低于中等组和中上组(P<0.05),Mg在3组中位值基本一致(P>0.05)。35例经治疗后血Ca、Fe、Zn增加显著,达到正常儿童水平。结论:微量元素缺乏会影响学龄前儿童的身体发育,以Ca、Fe、Zn为主,合理膳食和及时补充微量元素是提高学龄前儿童血液微量元素浓度的有效途径。
Objective: To investigate the effect of trace elements in blood on body development of preschool children. Methods: The determination of four trace elements (Ca, Fe, Zn and Mg) in 234 children’s peripheral blood was carried out. According to body weight and height, the three groups were divided into three groups: middle, upper, middle, middle, , Respectively, three groups of different concentrations of trace elements in the difference. Results: The concentrations of Ca, Fe and Zn in the middle and lower groups of children with height and weight were lower than those of the middle and middle groups (P <0.05). The median of Mg in the three groups was basically the same (P> 0.05). 35 cases after treatment of blood Ca, Fe, Zn increased significantly, reaching the normal level of children. Conclusion: The lack of trace elements can affect the body development of preschool children. Ca, Fe and Zn are the main ways. The reasonable diet and the timely replenishment of trace elements are effective ways to increase the concentration of blood trace elements in preschool children.
