前言随着微博对中国社会舆论影响力的大幅提升,政务微博建设在我国如雨后春笋般呈现蓬勃发展之势。微博创新了互联网时代人们沟通交流的途径,已经成为中国第二大舆情信息源头,仅次于新闻媒体报道。从初始的网民使用微博大量爆料信息,到现在的微博大V、意见领袖发表个人观点、大量爆料突发事件、热点舆论内幕,政府微博建设相对于微博的发展已显落后。政府微博如何进行舆论引导是摆在各级政府、部门和广大党政干部面前的重要公共课题。
