随经济全球化、文化多样化的大潮影响,人民群众的维权意识逐渐提高,成为依宪治国最主要的社会原因。通过对比国内外依宪治国,研究中国目前依宪治国存在的问题以及解决这些问题所需的对策。 With the tide of economic globalization and cultural diversification, people’s consciousness of safeguarding their rights has gradually increased and become the most important social reason for the rule of the country in accordance with the Constitution. By comparing the constitutional rule of the country with that of the other countries, this paper studies the current problems existing in China’s constitutional governance and the measures needed to solve these problems.
