We use immunoenzyme method to normal people in Cangwu County, a serological survey of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and Epstein-Barr virus IgA / VCA antibody-positive follow-up observation that the examination of Epstein-Barr virus IgA / VCA antibodies help to find early nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients . In order to better understand the dynamic changes of antibodies, the normal population of NPC patients with high incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was observed for one year. Methods, Results and Results The average incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Shiqiao Village, Shiqiao Town, Cangwu County, was 38/10 million. Blood was collected three times over the age of 5 by household registration.
