潜在存储主体作为参与机构知识库内容建设的主体性因素,其对于机构知识库的了解、重视、使用及预期等认知,对机构知识库内容建设具有决定性作用。采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法从了解和使用频率、影响因素、资源类型、存储模式、激励手段等多个角度针对潜在存储主体对机构知识库内容建设的认知进行实证分析,得出目前机构知识库内容建设过程中存在潜在存储主体缺乏对机构知识库内容建设的了解、整体重视不足、强制存储为主流以及自存储比例极低等问题。
As a subjective factor in the construction of knowledge base of participating institutions, potential storage agents play a decisive role in the content construction of the knowledge base of institutions by understanding their cognition, emphasis, use and anticipation. Using the methods of questionnaire and interviews to analyze the potential storage main body’s cognition of the content construction of institutional repository from the aspects of understanding and using frequency, influencing factors, resource types, storage patterns and incentives, In the process of content construction of institutional repository, there are some problems such as the lack of understanding of the content storage of institutional repository, the lack of overall attention, the compulsory storage as the main stream, and the extremely low proportion of storage.
