自然周期及促排卵周期IUI助孕结局比较

目的比较宫腔内人工授精(IUI)助孕中自然周期及促排卵周期结局并分析其影响因素。方法选择116例IUI助孕患者,其中65例为使用促排卵药物组,51例为自然周期组。比较两组的年龄、不孕年限、体重指数、排卵前成熟卵泡数、精液处理前各项参数、临床妊娠率及两组患者不同不孕原因的临床妊娠率。结果临床妊娠率比较促排卵周期组高于自然周期组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。排卵障碍的患者中促排卵后临床妊娠率高于自然周期(P<0.05)。盆腔因素、内膜异位、男性因素、不明原因、双方因素等两组间比较,妊娠率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论根据患者情况选择个体化的治疗方案对于提高IUI助孕成功率至关重要。 Objective To compare the natural cycle of intrauterine insemination (IUI) with ovulation induction and analyze the influencing factors. Methods One hundred and sixty-six cases of IUI-assisted pregnancy were selected. Among them, 65 cases were ovulation-promoting drugs and 51 cases were natural cycles. The clinical pregnancy rates of two groups were compared between the two groups in terms of age, duration of infertility, body mass index, number of mature follicles before ovulation, parameters before semen treatment, clinical pregnancy rate and causes of infertility in both groups. Results Compared with the natural cycle group, the clinical pregnancy rate was higher in ovulation induction period (P <0.05). Ovulation disorders in patients with ovulation after clinical pregnancy rate was higher than the natural cycle (P <0.05). Pelvic factors, endometriosis, male factors, unexplained causes, both factors were compared between the two groups, the pregnancy rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Individualized treatment options based on the patient’s condition are critical to increasing the success rate of IUI assisted pregnancy.
