本文从全科医学服务的特点和新时期农村合作医疗面临的一系列急待解决的问题,论述了以PHC为目的的全科医学服务,有利于合作医疗巩固与发展的必要性和必然性,提出加速对乡村医生进行全科医学教育与培训是加强村卫生室“网底”建设,完成上述目标的中心环节。
From the characteristics of general medical services and a series of urgent problems to be solved in rural cooperative medical care in the new era, this article discusses the necessity and inevitability of consolidating and developing cooperative medical care with PHC as the purpose of general medical services. Accelerating the general medical education and training for rural doctors is the key to strengthening the “basis” construction of village clinics and accomplishing the above objectives.
