原苏联科学学作者米库林斯基在他著名的论文《科学学:七十年代的课题和研究》中曾提出了科学学的一个重要研究领域,即“研究自然科学家本人对科学发展途径的看法”。在近20年来的科学学文献信息流中,本领域内虽不乏辛勤笔耕者的足迹,然而作为“一个重要研究领域”却还亟待有更多的新资料发表和从中引出有价值的评论和结论。一句话,这一“重要研究领域”极盼进一步的兴旺发达。如何改变现状进而促进兴旺发达? 第一、我们要充分认识“科学家谈科学”对科学学发展的重要意义,特别要明确
