集气站作为天然气生产的第一线,担负着天然气初步处理、加工、外输的重任,同时也是高压、易燃、易爆的危险场所。靖边气田从1997年开发至今,共建设集气站90多座。随着生产时间的延长,站内设备长时间的腐蚀老化,使得集气站内出现的事件事故也在不断增多(表1)。针对目前集气站现状,结合集气站的工艺流程、设备实际情况和自控系统,以增强安全性、稳定性,降低员工工作量、优化组织结构为目的,对集气站进行系统的数字化改造。
Gas gathering station, as the first line of natural gas production, is responsible for the initial treatment, processing and export of natural gas, and is also a dangerous place of high pressure, flammable and explosive. Jingbian gas field has been developed since 1997, a total of more than 90 gas gathering stations. With the prolongation of production time, the long-term corrosion and aging of equipment inside the station has caused more and more accidents in the gas gathering stations (Table 1). In view of the current status of gas station, combined with the gas station process, equipment and automatic control system to enhance safety and stability, reduce staff workload, optimize the organizational structure for the purpose of gas gathering stations for the systematic digital transformation .
