本文介绍了139.264Mb/s 四次群数字光缆通信机的设计思想、技术指标、有关技术问题及其实验结果。该机全部采用国产电子器件、光电器件及光纤,便于国内生产时元器件配套。利用0.85μm 和1.3μm 渡长的激光器组件作光源,分别用Si-RAPD 和 Ge-APD 作探测器,在误码率为10~(-9)时,接收机灵敏度高达-46.75dBm(0.85μm)和-41.6dBm(1.3μm)。采用长波长1.3μm 渐变折射率多模光纤,无中继传输距离达20.5km。测量了该光路带宽限制的功率代价,并进行了20.5km 数字彩电传输试验,彩电质量达到了 GB1583-79规定的短程线中同轴国家彩电传输标准的指标。该机还具备主备系统、误码检测、自动切换、遥信告警、勤务话、保安等比较完善的实用化功能,使用维护方便。
This paper introduces the design idea, technical index, technical problems and experimental results of 139.264Mb / s four-group digital optical fiber communication machine. The machine uses all domestic electronic devices, optoelectronic devices and optical fiber, easy to domestic components supporting components. The machine also has the main backup system, error detection, automatic switching, remote alarm, service words, security and other more perfect practical features, easy to use and maintain.
