目的:建立侧柏炭烘制工艺方法,为中药炭药的炮制工艺研究提供新的思路。方法:采用恒温干燥箱为加热设备,从200℃至250℃间隔10℃共6个温度,每个温度下分别烘制20,30,40 min,共得到18份样品;采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC),以侧柏炭标准饮片为参照,分析各样品指纹图谱相似度。结果:230℃20 min,230℃30 min,240℃20 min 3份样品的相似度最大,均大于0.96。结论:考虑到指纹图谱相似度,并结合外观性状,确定侧柏炭烘制温度以230℃20 min为宜。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for basting oriental arborvitae charcoal and provide a new idea for the study of processing technology of Chinese herbal charcoal. METHODS: A thermostatic drying oven was used as the heating equipment. A total of 6 temperatures were taken from 200°C to 250°C at 10°C intervals. Each temperature was baked at 20, 30, and 40 min. A total of 18 samples were obtained. Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was used. The UPLC method was used to compare the similarity of the fingerprints of each sample with reference to the standard pieces of oriental charcoal. RESULTS: The similarity of three samples at 230 °C for 20 min, 230 °C for 30 min, and 240 °C for 20 min was the highest, all greater than 0.96. Conclusion: Taking into account the similarity of fingerprints and the combination of appearance traits, it is recommended that the drying temperature of Platycladus orientalis should be 230 °C for 20 min.
