清华大学教授魏杰最近在一次演讲中指出,对“人力资本”的认知,要建立在健全的企业制度上,其中与人力资本息息相关的,莫过于激励机制与约束机制了。国际企业都比较注重人力资本,“人力资本”与“人力资源”在概念上有本质的不同。“人力资源”是指企业中的所有人,而“人力资本”则主要指两种人,技术创新者和职业经理人。魏教授认为,激励机制中,最主要的是经济利益激励,而它的实现则要依靠建立健全的薪酬制度。薪酬制度要由董事会
Wei Jie, a professor at Tsinghua University, recently pointed out in a speech that the recognition of “human capital” must be based on a sound corporate system.
