国家批准实施《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》,加快承接产业转移步伐,保障产业项目落地,必将对区域土地利用方式及类型产生深远影响,也对土地监管提出新要求。该研究以皖江城市带承接产业转移为背景,阐述土地利用现状特征,分析规划实施的土地驱动机制,构建和完善土地监管体系,以期为保障皖江规划实施及提升区域土地监管实效提供技术支撑及政策依据。
