引言在癌症化疗法的研究进展中,新的抗癌药物的开发是一个非常重要的环节。迄今发生于主要脏器的实体癌大多还是难治之症。尤其如目前在日本高发的消化系统癌以及近来发病率呈继续上升趋势的非肺小细胞癌和大肠癌等,难于医治的癌种还是不少。因此,抗癌药物的研究正在世界各国兴起。系统地观察当今应用于临床的抗癌物质的性质,可以发现有许多优于它们的化合物的研究现在正在进行,其中不乏可能成为具有更高疗效
