对牙髓治疗剂“CCQ”和“OXPARA”糊剂的毒性和可能析出的单体进行实验观察。结果表明:给小鼠静脉注射30%“CCQ”糊剂浸提液(按50ml/kg体重注射),动物出现短暂的不良反应,无死亡,注射浓度为15%的浸提液,未见动物出现不良反应。静脉注射30%“OXPARA”糊剂浸提液的小鼠(50ml/kg),24小时内死亡93.7%。 采用4-氨基安替比林法和酚试剂法分别测定“CCQ”、“OXPARA”和“FR”三种糊剂浸提液中的单体含量,结果:“OXPARA”析出的酚含量最高1.14mg/ml(0.114%);“FR”次之0.88mg/ml(0.088%);“CCQ”最低0.15mg/ml(0.015%)。经酚试剂法测定:“FR”糊剂浸提液的酚类物含量较“OXPARA”和“CCQ”高。
The toxicity of dental pulp therapeutic agents “CCQ” and “OXPARA” pastes and possible precipitation of monomers were observed experimentally. The results showed that mice were intravenously injected with a 30% “CCQ” paste extract (injected at 50 ml/kg body weight). The animals experienced transient adverse reactions and no death. The injection concentration was 15% and no animals were found. Adverse reactions occurred. Mice (50 ml/kg) injected intravenously with 30% “OXPARA” paste extracts died 93.7% within 24 hours. The 4-aminoantipyrine method and the phenol reagent method were used to determine the monomer content of the three paste extracts of “CCQ”, “OXPARA” and “FR”, respectively. The result was that the highest phenol content of “OXPARA” precipitated was 1.14. Mg/ml (0.114%); “FR” followed by 0.88 mg/ml (0.088%); “CCQ” minimum 0.15 mg/ml (0.015%). Determination by phenol reagent method: The content of phenols in the “FR” paste extract was higher than that of “OXPARA” and “CCQ”.
