Cre/loxP位点特异性重组系统由Cre重组酶和loxP位点组成。Cre重组酶可识别loxP位点并催化2个loxP位点之间的DNA进行精确的位点特异性重组。该系统作用方式简单、重组效率高,可定时、定位地对基因进行修饰,已成为一种定向改变生物活体遗传信息的重要的试验工具。本文主要就Cre/loxP系统的结构、重组机制、特点及其在口腔医学领域中的应用作一综述。
The Cre / loxP site-specific recombination system consists of Cre recombinase and loxP sites. Cre recombinase recognizes the loxP site and catalyzes accurate site-specific recombination of DNA between two loxP sites. The system has the advantages of simple mode of action, high recombination efficiency, and can be used to modify the gene regularly and locally. It has become an important experimental tool for changing the genetic information of living organisms. This paper mainly reviews the structure, recombination mechanism, characteristics and application of Cre / loxP system in the field of stomatology.
