研究了Co-Ag(1.8nm)/Ag多层膜的巨磁电阻效应,发现随Ag层厚度的增加,ΔR/R先增加后减小;而且当Co的含量增加时,ΔR/R的峰值向Ag层较厚的方向移动.磁电阻的上述行为是由于相邻磁层中近邻的Co颗粒之间的反铁磁耦合引起的.对于Ag层厚度固定的Co-Ag/Ag多层膜,当Co的含量较低时,ΔR/R随着磁性层厚的增加而单调增加;当Co的含量较高时,ΔR/R在磁性层厚度为2.2nm处有一极大值,这表明在Co-Ag/Ag多层膜中分流效应有重要作用.
The giant magnetoresistance effect of Co-Ag (1.8nm) / Ag multilayers was studied. It was found that the ΔR / R first increased and then decreased with the increase of the Ag layer thickness. And when the content of Co increased, The peak moves toward the thicker Ag layer.The above behavior of magnetoresistance is due to the antiferromagnetic coupling between the Co particles in the adjacent magnetic layer adjacent to each other. For Co-Ag / Ag multilayer films with constant thickness of Ag layer, ΔR / R monotonically increases with the increase of magnetic layer thickness when the content of Co is low. When the content of Co is high, The layer thickness has a maximum at 2.2 nm, indicating that the shunt effect plays an important role in the Co-Ag / Ag multilayer.
