以月桂酰氯、棕榈酰氯为酰化剂合成Ｎ－长链酰基谷氨酸，研究了合成反应机理和工艺参数，确立了较适宜的产品制造工艺，放大试验结果为收率９６％－９８％。本文还对其分子结构和钠盐应用性能进行了测试与讨论。
N-long chain acylglutamic acid was synthesized by using lauroyl chloride and palmitoyl chloride as acylating agents. The reaction mechanism and process parameters were studied, and the suitable manufacturing process was established. The result of amplification was 96% -98%. This article also tested and discussed its molecular structure and application properties of sodium salt.
