园本教研是为了解决本园教学改革、提升教学质量和教师专业发展中面临的问题所进行的,以教师为主体开展的教研活动。它是以解决教学实践中的具体问题为出发点,以改进实际工作、促进教师专业成长,从而有效提高幼儿园办园质量为目的。基于这些认识,我园以“提高园本教研针对性与实效性研究”为抓手,从园本教研管理、研究主体、研究内容、研究形式等层面重新进行思考与定位,并进行大胆的探索和实践,对传统的教研模式进行改革与创新,扎实有效地开展园本教研,有效地促进了教师的专业成长。
