作者报告6例女性,曾因颞颌关节(TMJ)内紊乱,植入特氟隆-四氟乙烯均聚物(Teflon-Proplast)后疼痛(术后不立即出现),其中1例张口困难,1例在先前TMJ手术区肿胀。所有照片均在取出植入物前2个月内(第一次手术后,出现症状时)获得。包括常规TMJ体层及TMJ斜侧位平片,6例中有5例在第一次手术前有TMJ斜侧位片可作比较,此时无异常。外科医师结合X线片所见和疼痛症状,决定在第一次手术后2个月～65个月(平均38个月)再手术,取出植入物。结果:6例下颌髁状突均有异常,2例关节窝的颞
The authors reported six women who had pain in the TMJ after implantation of Teflon-Proplast (which did not appear immediately after surgery). One of the women had difficulty opening the mouth, One patient had swollen in the previous TMJ surgery area. All photographs were taken within 2 months before removal of the implant (after the first surgery when symptoms occurred). Including the conventional TMJ body layer and TMJ oblique lateral plain film, 5 of 6 cases had TMJ oblique lateral radiographs before the first surgery for comparison, at this time no abnormalities. Surgeons combined with the X-ray findings and pain symptoms, decided to 2 months after the first surgery to 65 months (an average of 38 months) re-operation, removal of the implant. Results: 6 cases of mandibular condyles were abnormal, 2 cases of the temporal joint of the socket
