由于镁合金具有比重小和机械性能好等优点,故它的应用是比较广的。但由于它电位低、腐蚀活性大,因此限制了它在较恶劣环境中应用。为了减小它的腐蚀活性,提高其耐蚀能力,一般均采用化学氧化后被覆油漆的方法。根据资料介绍,镁合金化学氧化的方法很多,但其工艺过程及抗蚀能力却不尽相同,为了寻找一种较好的氧化方法,我们将几种黑色氧化方法与我厂现用的金色氧化法进行对比试验,其结果如后表。
