根据以往的研究,在矽肺治疗药物中,P204(克矽平或PVNO)主要是作用于巨噬细胞膜。它能防止细胞膜被石英损伤,从而抑制石英的致纤维化作用。含铝化合物能改变石英的表面性质,降低石英对巨噬细胞的破坏作用。至于汉防己甲素(简称汉甲素)抑制矽肺纤维化的原理,从以下几方面进行分析: 一、汉防己甲素对肺泡巨噬细胞的影响利用在体外培养巨噬细胞的方法,采用了细胞存活率、乳酸脱氢酶及酸性磷酸酶的释放以及在电镜下形态的变化作为观察指标,均未见到汉甲素有防止石英损伤细胞膜的作用。所得结果见表1.2。
