通过与有缺口的普通弓形柔性铰链进行对比,将外凸圆弧作为基本的柔性单元,引入柔性铰链,推导两种铰链的转动刚度公式,并计算了尺寸参数对转动刚度的影响,最后通过有限元计算了两种铰链对平行四边形机构的变形影响。结果表明,在外形尺寸与受力相同的情况下,外凸圆弧柔性铰链四边形机构的水平输出位移是弓形柔性铰链机构的3.9倍,在相同输出位移的情况下,外凸圆弧四边形机构受到的最大等效应力是弓形铰链的32%。
