目的识别、分析和评价油脂生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度及职业病危害防护措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法进行定性、定量分析和评价。结果打包机套袋操作位工人及白土投加工接触的粉尘的超限倍数计算结果超标,分别为4.088、2.600,其他各工种接触的粉尘、化学物质的浓度均低于国家职业卫生标准;榨油厂巡检工接触的噪声强度超标,其他各工种接触的噪声强度均低于国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。
OBJECTIVE To identify, analyze and evaluate the types of occupational hazards present in the process of fat production, the degree of harm and the protective measures against occupational hazards. Methods The methods of occupational health field survey, occupational health examination and other methods were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results The over-limit multiples of dusts contacted by bagging workers and clay dosing workers exceeded the standard values of 4.088 and 2.600 respectively. The dust and chemical concentrations of other types of working dust were lower than the national occupational health standards. Factory inspection workers exposed to the noise intensity exceeded, the other types of workers exposed to the noise intensity is lower than the national occupational health standards. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective.
