BA(0、0.5、5和10(10-6))、NAA(0、0.005、0.01、0.1和1(10-6))和增殖时间(6、8和10周)对四种蔷薇属种间杂交品种champlain、JohnFranklin、JohnPaulⅡ和Landora最适繁殖条件的影响进行了研究。一般地说当培养基中植物生长调节剂浓度低或高时,BA和NAA两者对能存活的试管苗比例和繁殖率都有显著的影响。高于0.1(10-6)NAA可显著地降低其中两个品种的繁殖率。繁殖率和品种间对BA、NAA的浓度和培养时间没有一致的反应。因此提出为了获得每一个品种的试管苗数量,要确定每一个变量。
