高职院校思想政治教育因培养目标的特殊性而应具有自身特点,本文提出构建嵌入式思政教学模式以提高教育实效性。要求改变传统的课堂教学,使其发挥思想政治教育的引领作用。充分利用校内外学生活动的思想政治教育元素,增加学生对道德理论感悟和体验的机会,养成良好的道德行为习惯。另外,教师还要合理利用实习、实训等机会和场所,培养学生的职业道德,以使学生成长为“德技兼备”的高素质人才。
The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should have its own characteristics due to the particularity of training objectives. This paper proposes to construct an embedded teaching model of ideological and political education so as to improve the effectiveness of education. It is required to change the traditional classroom teaching so that it can lead the leading role of ideological and political education. Make full use of ideological and political education elements of student activities both inside and outside the school, increase students’ chances of comprehending and experiencing moral theories and develop good ethical behavior habits. In addition, teachers should also make reasonable use of opportunities and places such as internships and practical training so as to cultivate students’ professional ethics so that students can grow into high-quality talents with both “virtue and technology”.
