目的观察优思明联合清热固经汤治疗血热型青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将128例初次治疗的血热型青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为试验组62例与对照组66例。试验组使用优思明联合清热固经汤进行治疗；对照组单用优思明治疗。结果本研究结果显示，优思明联合治清热固经汤治疗血热型青春期功能失调性子宫出血，总有效率优于对照组（<0.05），治疗组止血时间较对照组明显缩短（<0.05）。结论优思明联用清热固经汤对血热型青春期功能失调性子宫出血较单纯西医治疗具有疗效优势。“,”Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of Yasmin with Qingregujingtang for blood heat adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 128 initial treating patients of blood heat adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group (62 patients)and control group (66 patients).The patients of treatment group were treated of Yasmin with Qingregujingtang,whereas the patients of control group were treated of Yasmin along.Results The total ef ective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group ( <0.05),and the haemostasis time of the treatment group is shorter ( <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Yasmin with Qingregujingtang is significantly superior to the pure Western Medicine for blood heat adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
