传统的坐在课堂里的安全生产理论面授,缺乏实际感受,很多员工从未操作甚至没有见过相关内容,导致培训效果大打折扣。实训式培训通过在真实现场的系统训练,能够最大程度地提升员工的安全生产操作水平和应急救援能力。实训式培训是将安全生产培训现场由室内转向室外,通过在培训基地或企业现场“真枪实弹”地训练,提高企业员工及管理人员的安全生产操作水平和应急救援能力。
