为解决ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2冷却器上壳铸件产品合格率较低的问题,运用ProCAST软件对原铸造工艺流场、温度场及缩孔缺陷进行模拟,根据模拟结果对原工艺进行优化,并通过数值模拟验证优化工艺的合理性,确定最佳工艺方案。结果表明,采用浇冒一体顶注式浇注系统加工的铜合金冷却器上壳制件,组织均匀,无明显缺陷。经实际水压检测,铸件无渗漏情况,制件合格率达到85%以上。
In order to solve the problem that the qualified rate of the castings on the upper shell of ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2 is low, ProCAST software was used to simulate the flow field, temperature field and shrinkage defects in the original casting process. The original process was optimized according to the simulation results and verified by numerical simulation The rationality of the process to determine the best process. The results show that the use of pouring and pouring top pouring system processing copper alloy cooler upper shell parts, uniform organization, no obvious defects. After the actual water pressure testing, castings without leakage, parts pass rate of more than 85%.
