在威海市召开的全国统计法制工作会议上,全国人大财经委委员、国家统计局局长张塞就加强统计法律监督问题作了重要总结讲话.张塞认为,这次会议开得较为及时.他说,这次全国统计法制工作会议,是继1988年召开的太原会议之后的又一次重要会议,这次会议,总结交流了《统计法》颁布10年来我国统计法制工作的主要成绩和经验,表彰了一大批先进单位和先进工作者,讨论研究了在社会主义市场经济条件下如何开拓统计法制工作新局面的问题,会议开得很好,取得圆满成功.
