随着社会发展,用人单位在选择毕业生时更加注重综合素质。然而高职院校职业指导形式单一、资源不足、缺乏实践环节,这就对高职院校就业指导工作的方法提出了新要求。因此为对大学生进行更科学、更有效的职业指导,我校探索了现代学徒制的三要素和设计模式并运用了现代学徒职业指导新方法,通过创新校企合作模式、推行导师制等方式保障该方法的实施,取得一定成效特此推介与分析。
With the social development, employers pay more attention to the overall quality in choosing graduates. However, there is a single form of career guidance in vocational colleges, lack of resources and lack of practical links, which puts forward new requirements on the methods of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges.
