料峭春寒中,民政部部长李立国挟一路风尘,结束了在云南的考察调研,赶回北京列席全国“两会”。今年春节过后,李立国部长参加了中央举办的“省部级主要领导社会管理及其创新专题研讨班”。开班式上,胡锦涛总书记在讲话中专门谈到了进一步加强和完善社会管理和服务体系问题,要求强化城乡社区自治和服务功能,健全新型社区管理和服务体制。在研讨班学习一结束,李立国部长就马上前往云南,考察调研城乡社区建设等民政工作。在全国“两会”现场,李立国部长同记者愉快地谈到了这次在云南昭通考察调研的印象。
In the spring of August, Li Liuguo, minister of civil affairs, reluctantly took all his troubles and ended his investigation and study in Yunnan and returned to Beijing to attend the “two sessions” of the whole country. After the Spring Festival this year, Minister Li Liguo participated in the “Seminar on Social Management of Major Leaders in Provincial and Ministerial Level and Its Innovation” held by the Central Government. On the opening ceremony, General Secretary Hu Jintao specifically addressed the issue of further strengthening and improving the social management and service system in his speech, demanding the strengthening of urban and rural community autonomy and service functions and the improvement of a new type of community management and service system. At the conclusion of the seminar, Minister Li Liguo immediately went to Yunnan to study and investigate civil affairs such as the construction of urban and rural communities. At the scene of the “two sessions” of the whole country, Minister Li Liguo and his reporter happily talked about the impressions of the investigation and study in Zhaotong, Yunnan Province.
