目的建立同时测定绿茶中重金属的分析方法。方法绿茶样品经HNO3-微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定锂、铝、钒、铬、锰、镍、铜、砷、硒、镉、锑、钡、汞和铅14种元素的含量,从方法的线性、检出限、准确度、精密度和回收率方面进行了验证,并用国家一级标准物质——绿茶成分分析标准物质[GBW10052(GSB-30)]评价了方法的准确度。结果 14种元素的线性相关系数(r)>0.999 1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.39%~4.50%,回收率为89.1%~102.3%,最低检出浓度为0.004μg/L~1.065μg/L,国家标准物质的测定值与参考值基本吻合。结论本方法可以通过一次消化测定绿茶中14种元素,操作简便,试剂用量小,结果灵敏度高,准确度好。
Objective To establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of heavy metals in green tea. Methods The contents of 14 elements of lithium, aluminum, vanadium, chromium, manganese, nickel, copper, arsenic, selenium, cadmium, antimony, barium, mercury and lead in green tea samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after HNO3- The method was validated in terms of linearity, detection limit, accuracy, precision and recovery, and the accuracy of the method was evaluated using the national standard reference material - GBW10052 (GSB-30) . Results The linear correlation coefficient (r)> 0.999 1, relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.39% ~ 4.50%, recovery of 89.1% ~ 102.3% and minimum detectable concentration of 0.004μg / L ~ 1.065μg / L, the measured value of the national standard material and the reference value is basically consistent. Conclusion The method can determine 14 kinds of elements in green tea by one digestion. The method is simple and easy to operate with small reagent dosage. The method has high sensitivity and good accuracy.
