目的探讨“活血益气通络汤”联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的的临床疗效。方法选择2007年4月~2009年4月在商丘医学高等专科学校附属医院就诊的糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组40例,治疗组40例。对照组按常规控制血糖,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用自拟“活血益气通络汤”治疗。结果治疗组总有效率97.0%,对照组总有效率75.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“活血益气通络汤”联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变获得较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of “Huoxue Yiqi Tongluo Decoction” combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in Affiliated Hospital of Shangqiu Medical College from April 2007 to April 2009 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (40 cases) and treatment group (40 cases). The control group according to conventional control of blood glucose, the treatment group in the control group based on the use of add self “Huoxue Yiqi Tongluo soup ” treatment. Results The total effective rate was 97.0% in the treatment group and 75.8% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion “Huoxue Yiqi Tongluo Decoction” combined with Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy to obtain a better effect.
