沈阳市和平区为沈阳市单位集中、口众多的城区之一,对初治肺结核实施不住院全监化疗,积极控痰制结核病有着极为重要的意义。我们自1981年开始实施全监化疗,至1983年监化病人461例,占该时期新登记病人总数的76.7％,其中涂阴128例,疗程结束时痰菌阴转率为100％,本文主要围绕防痨护理人员在全监化疗实施中的做法与体会做简要介绍。
