近几年,河北省乡镇企业集团发展较快。据统计,截止今年上半年,全省有乡镇企业集团89个,其中国家级集团2个、省级集团14个、市地级集团30个、县(市)级集团43个。企业集团共拥有企业651家,1993年企业集团创产值54.8亿元,创利税5.7亿元,创汇3350万美元。企业集团主要类型:一是紧密型。以规模骨干企业为核心,以名牌拳头产品为“龙头”,将配套生产的企业组建成紧密型企业集团。集团实行统一经营,企业独立核算。如沙河市沙泰钢铁集团有企业4家,全部为紧密型。二是紧密层与半紧密层结合型。以优势产业和骨干企业为核心,吸收行业相连接,构成产业链的企业组建企业集团。如沙河市河北巨火企业集团。三是紧密层、半紧密层、松散层结合型。以集体骨干企业为核心,吸收社区内企业为紧密层,本地行业相近的一定数量企
