采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列陶瓷粉体Pr1-xSrxCo1-yFeyO3-δ(x=0.2、0.4、0.6;y=0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8)。运用相转化/烧结技术制造出了Pr0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(PSCF6428)中空陶瓷纤维膜。用热分析、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、X射线能谱等技术对制备的粉体、烧结前后的中空纤维膜进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的中空纤维膜内外壁部分均为指状孔结构,中间为海绵状致密层。运用气相色谱仪在线测定了中空纤维膜透氧通量随温度变化的关系。结果表明:膜烧结温度对其透氧性能具有相当大的影响,当烧结温度从1 300℃提高到1 350℃时,中空纤维膜的透氧速率急剧下降。
A series of ceramic powders Pr1-xSrxCo1-yFeyO3-δ (x = 0.2,0.4,0.6; y = 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8) were prepared by the improved sol-gel method. Pr0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ (PSCF6428) hollow ceramic fiber membrane was fabricated by phase inversion / sintering technique. The prepared powders, hollow fiber membranes before and after sintering were characterized by means of thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the inner and outer walls of the prepared hollow fiber membrane are finger-like pore structure with a sponge-like dense layer in the middle. The relationship between the oxygen permeation flux and the temperature of hollow fiber membranes was measured online by gas chromatography. The results show that the sintering temperature of the membrane has a considerable influence on the oxygen permeability. When the sintering temperature is increased from 1 300 ℃ to 1 350 ℃, the oxygen permeability of the hollow fiber membranes decreases sharply.
