重度低血钾是指血清钾低于 2 5ｍｍｏｌ/Ｌ ,这类病人 ,特别是在血清钾低于 1 8ｍｍｏｌ/Ｌ时称为致命性低血钾 ,常易出现严重心律失常致心脏骤停。因此及时纠正重度低血钾到一定程度致关重要 ,现将 1998年 9月至 2 0 0 0年 7月在我科住院的 18例急性驰缓性麻痹重度低血钾救治
