邓小平分别于1963年、1975年、1977年和20世纪80年代初四次提出学雷锋。这四次在历史转折关头提出学习雷锋好榜样都有着特殊的历史背景和政治诉求,是在总结革命和建设历史经验教训基础上,根据时代发展的特点和要求而提出的。它反映了中国共产党人从向雷锋“学什么、为何学、怎样学”的实践活动中,进一步探索学雷锋活动的规律与社会主义精神文明建设的规律。邓小平提出学雷锋,对于纠正将雷锋和雷锋精神简化、神化、泛化、老化等错误倾向仍具有现实价值,对学习雷锋精神和“两学一做”学习教育工作仍具指导意义。
Deng Xiaoping proposed to study Lei Feng four times in 1963, 1975, 1977 and the early 1980s respectively. These four good examples of studying Lei Feng at the turning point of history all have special historical background and political appeal. They are based on the historical experiences and lessons learned from the revolution and construction and are based on the characteristics and requirements of the development of the times. It reflects that the Chinese Communists have further probed into the law of learning Lei Feng’s activities and the law of the socialist spiritual civilization from the practice of “learning what, why and how to learn” from Lei Feng. Deng Xiaoping’s proposal to study Lei Feng is still of realistic value in rectifying the mistaken tendencies of simplifying, deifying, generalizing and aging Lei Feng and the Lei Feng. It is still instructive in studying the spirit of Lei Feng and his “two studies and one teaching” learning and education.
