目的:建立补阳还五汤含药血浆指纹图谱,探讨补阳还五汤在大鼠体内的药效物质基础。方法:通过比较补阳还五汤水煎液、补阳还五汤水煎液含药血浆、空白血浆HPLC指纹图谱,推断大鼠口服补阳还五汤水煎液后,血浆中的原型成分及代谢产物。结果:口服补阳还五汤水煎液后,在大鼠血浆中发现了30个入血成分,其中10个为血浆固有成分,1个为溶剂峰,19个为药源性成分,其中4个为药材原型成分,15个为代谢产物,其中2个为黄芪代谢产物,1个为桃仁代谢产物。结论:该研究建立的方法准确、可靠,可用于补阳还五汤水煎液血浆指纹图谱和药效物质基础的研究。
Objective: To establish the drug-induced plasma fingerprint of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and to explore the pharmacodynamic basis of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in rats. Methods: By comparing Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction decoction, Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction drug-containing plasma, blank plasma HPLC fingerprinting, inferred rat oral Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction, the plasma in the prototype components and metabolites . RESULTS: After oral administration of Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction, 30 blood components were found in the plasma of rats, of which 10 were plasma intrinsic components, 1 was solvent peak and 19 were drug-derived components, of which 4 For the prototype ingredients, 15 metabolites, of which two Astragalus metabolites, one for the peach kernel metabolites. Conclusion: The method established in this study is accurate and reliable, and it can be used to study the plasma fingerprint and pharmacodynamic basis of Decoction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.
