目的:对人参茎生长发育过程中苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH),α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α-GPD)4种氧化还原酶的活力进行比较。方法:分别于展叶期、开花期、结果期、果熟期、枯萎期采取人参茎样品。采用中性缓冲液提取粗酶液,应用分光光度法测有定MDH、LDH、G6PDH、α-GPD的活力。结果:在人参茎生长发育过程中MDH和LDH在各个时期都出现活力高峰,G6PDH和α-GPD活力在展叶期出现整个生长季的峰值。结论:人参茎中的MDH、LDH、G6PDH、α-GPD的活力可以为人参长势优劣评估指标。
Objective: To investigate the effects of malate dehydrogenase (MDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), α-GPD, The activities of four oxidoreductases were compared. Methods: Ginseng stem samples were taken at the leaf-setting stage, flowering stage, fruiting stage, fruit ripening stage and wilting stage respectively. The crude enzyme solution was extracted by neutral buffer, and the activities of MDH, LDH, G6PDH and α-GPD were determined by spectrophotometry. Results: During the growth and development of ginseng, MDH and LDH showed peak activity at all stages. The activities of G6PDH and α-GPD peaked at the leaf-developing stage. Conclusion: The activities of MDH, LDH, G6PDH and α-GPD in the stems of ginseng can be the evaluation index of the ginseng growth.
