法者,治之端也。法治中国的建设是社会主义现代化国家的重要目标之一,法治中国建设是关系人民生活幸福和国家长治久安的战略性问题。探索中国特色社会主义道路上,共产党不断深化对执政规律和发展规律的认识,领导全国各族人民,开辟出了属于中国特色的社会主义法治发展思路,大力促进了社会主义法治中国建设。政府行政改革是建设法治中国的关键,政府作为行使国家权力的机关,肩负为社会提供公共服务的责任,掌握着丰富的社会资源,履行实施法律法规的重要职责。
