[目的]探讨康复期肺癌患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)与血清甲状腺激素水平的关系。[方法]收集59例康复期肺癌患者,分为疲乏组(39例)和非疲乏组(20例)。利用多维疲乏症状量表简化版(MFSI-SF)和疲劳症状量表(FSI)评估患者CRF的状况。电化学发光法检测血清甲状腺素(T3、T4、FT3、FT4)的水平。[结果]疲乏组肺癌患者血清甲状腺素水平低于非疲乏组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);疲乏组MFSI-SF评分与甲状腺激素T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平呈负相关(r=-0.893,-0.797,-0.717,-0.855,P<0.05);疲乏组FSI评分与甲状腺激素T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平亦呈负相关(r=-0.772,-0.659,-0.661,-0.653,P<0.05)。[结论]疲乏组患者癌因性疲乏评分增高,而血清甲状腺激素水平降低。甲状腺激素T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平降低是影响康复期肺癌患者疲乏状况的因素之一。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between cancer-induced fatigue (CRF) and serum thyroid hormone in convalescent lung cancer patients. [Method] 59 patients with concomitant lung cancer were collected and divided into three groups: fatigue group (39 cases) and non-fatigue group (20 cases). CRF status was assessed using the Multidimensional Tired Symptom Checklist (MFSI-SF) and the Fatigue Symptom Inventory (FSI). The level of serum thyroxine (T3, T4, FT3, FT4) was detected by electrochemiluminescence. [Results] The levels of serum thyroxine in the patients with fatigue were lower than those in the non-tired group (P <0.05). The MFSI-SF scores in the fatigue group were negatively correlated with the levels of thyroid hormones T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 The levels of thyroid hormones T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 in the fatigue group were also negatively correlated (r = -0.772, -0.659, -0.661, r = -0.893, -0.797, -0.717, -0.855, -0.653, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The scores of cancer-related fatigue in the fatigue group increased, while the levels of serum thyroid hormone decreased. Thyroid hormones T3, T4, FT3, FT4 levels reduce the fatigue of lung cancer patients during convalescence one of the factors.
