目的建立穿心莲的生物检定法。方法采用体外押菌试验,选定穿心莲生物检定的适用菌株和剂量范围,建立标准曲线和药物对敏感菌株的量效曲线。构建适用于一剂量法的效应模式。结果当穿心莲的浓度在某一范围内时,穿心莲的对敷剂量和押茼效应呈线性关系,且相关性好;可以用反应效应来表示它们的浓度。结论生物检定法作为穿心莲的质量控制方法是可行的、合理的。
Objective To establish the biological assay of Andrographis paniculata. Methods The in vitro bacterium test was used to select suitable strains and dose ranges for the biological assay of Andrographis paniculata, and the standard curve and dose-response curves of the drug to sensitive strains were established. Construct an effect model that applies to a dose method. Results When the concentration of Andrographis paniculata was within a certain range, there was a linear relationship between the application dose of Andrographis paniculata and the caring effect, and the correlation was good; they could be expressed by the reaction effect. Conclusion The biological assay method is feasible and reasonable as a method for quality control of Andrographis paniculata.
