甲状腺功能减退症(Hypothyroid-ism 简称甲减),系甲状腺激素合成分泌或生理效应不足所致的全身性疾病,本文报道近五年我科收治的甲减20例,简要讨论其诊断分型和治疗。临床资料一、一般情况:本组男7例,女13例。发病年龄8～54岁,其中10岁以下2例,21～30岁1例,31～40岁6例,41～50岁6例,51～60岁3例。病程最短一个月,最长达10年,平均6.2年。二、病因:计有垂体单—TSH 缺乏,甲状腺激素合成障碍,慢性淋巴性甲状腺 Hypothyroidism (Hypothyroid-ism referred to as hypothyroidism), Department of thyroid hormone synthesis and secretion or physiological effects caused by systemic diseases, this article reports the past five years, our department received hypothyroidism in 20 cases, a brief discussion of its diagnostic typing and treatment.
