近年,全国铁路建设进入飞速发展阶段,高速铁路、合资铁路建设以及既有铁路的电气化改造工程突飞猛进。投资规模之大,建设速度之快令世人瞩目。在这种机遇与挑战交会的形势下,作为铁路档案管理人员,如何提升铁路建设项目档案管理水平,是必须认真面对和用心研究的现实课题。作者就目前对铁路工程建设项目档案管理和业务指导工作中存在的问题及解决的方法,谈一点粗浅的看法。
